We provide private-pay supportive housing for independent adults ages 65 and older. Our homes offer stable, shared living environments with clear expectations, structure, and non-medical support.

How can I enroll a family member in your program?

You can apply by completing our housing application or joining the waiting list. All applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including age and independent living ability.

Is your housing suitable for individuals with limited mobility?

  Some of our homes may accommodate residents with limited mobility. Accessibility varies by location, and all applicants must be able to live safely in a shared home environment.

Do you provide medical or personal care services?

No. Pathway to a Better Start does not provide medical care, nursing services, or licensed personal care. Residents must be independent in daily living activities.
